3 Days Maasai Mara Game Reserve

DAY 1: NAIROBI – MAASAI MARA

You will be picked from the hotel and begin your journey to Maasai Mara. Shortly after departing from Nairobi the vast panorama of the Great Rift Valley begins to unfold and there are few places to stop and have a view. Proceed with the journey and arrive at your lodge in time for lunch. After lunch freshen up and at around 1500 hrs. Proceed for your first game drive in the reserve. Maasai Mara is known as the Africa’s Greatest Wildlife Reserve, situated in Southwest Kenya. Famous for the abundance of lion, Great Wildebeest Migration and the Maasai people, well known for their distinctive custom and dress, it is without a doubt Africa’s most safari destination. Maasai Mara National Reserve stretches 1,510sq km (580 sq. miles) and raises1, 500-2,170 meters above sea level. The terrain of the reserve is primarily grassland and riverine forest with clumps of the distinctive acacia trees. Overnight at your lodge or camp on full board basis.

DAY 2: MAASAI MARA

With unlimited game drive on this day leave your camp, with picnic lunch and have great exploration of the Maasai Mara Game Reserve with a possibility of visiting the equal famous Mara River. The river has big crocodiles and many hippopotamus. This is even great when the annual wildebeest and zebra migration is on. It gives the guests first-hand experience of the life in the jungle. The reserve is known for its many predator varieties like lion, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, jackals, serval cats as well as caracal. Enjoy your game drive until late when you drive back to the camp for dinner and overnight.

DAY 3: MAASAI MARA - NAIROBI

Maasai Mara-Nairobi Breakfast at the lodge. After breakfast depart back to Nairobi
